Do you take commissions or custom orders?

How can I clean my plushie?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ Spot clean only, do NOT put in your washer or dryer. Put a little soap on a damp cloth and gently dab
Are your plushies safe for kids?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ No, they are not. They have "safety" eyes in them but they are NOT safe for children. If you need something for a child, please let me know. I can do embroidered eyes instead.
Can I give your plushies to my pet?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ NO, my plushies are NOT safe for pets. They have plastic eyes on them which can either choke your pet or if they become ingested it can cause a serious medical emergency.

What days do you ship?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ Monday - Saturday not including holidays
How long till my order is ready and shipped?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ If you purchased a made to order item, the wait time is currently 2-4 weeks. If you purchased a ready to ship item, the wait time is currently 3-5 days
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ If your order arrives damaged please let me know as soon as possible. If it was due to my negligence I will refund you or send a replacement. If the order was damaged due to the post office, please get in contact with them.
REFUNDS
Do you take returns/refunds?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ Yes! I will take a return up to 5 business days after the item has been delivered and the item is in perfect condition. No questions asked.
I changed my mind about my order, can you cancel it?
᯽ ݁˖· ─ Yes, I can! Please send me an email with your order number. I will cancel it, as long as it has not been shipped.
